harmonization.ro reserves the right to make changes to these provisions, without prior notice to users. Users will have permanent access to the terms and conditions of use of the site, accessing the “Terms and Conditions” page at any time.

The prices are expressed in RON, and the VAT is included in the displayed price. The final price paid by the customer consists of the purchase price of the product, to which is added the shipping cost. All products will be delivered within the available stock.

Privacy and data security policy

harmonization.ro undertakes not to transmit the personal data of the users of the site to third parties and to use them only in order to establish an efficient collaboration with the users. harmonization.ro guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data hosted and transmitted through its computer system. harmonization.ro will use users’ personal data in order to notify them of promotional offers and news through the site’s newsletter and to send coupons, greeting cards or other messages. The personal data entered by users are necessary to confirm the order, to deliver the ordered products and for an optimal subsequent collaboration between harmonization.ro and its customers. If the client no longer wants to receive the newsletter, he can unsubscribe by simply clicking on the link received by email from harmonization.ro.

harmonization.ro does not sell, does not offer, does not exchange e-mail addresses obtained through this site, does not disclose your e-mail address to other people who access the pages of this site, without your explicit consent.

Payment and delivery

All prices include VAT.

When placing an order on the harmonization.ro website, you can choose to pay by card or cash on delivery, upon receipt of the package.

Any order placed through the harmonization.ro site has contractual value. Orders placed on the harmonization.ro site are processed in the order of entry and within the available stock.

The products are delivered by express courier. Delivery will be made within 24-48 hours from the order confirmation except on Sundays and public holidays. In exceptional cases, if the ordered product is not in stock at the time of the order, you will be notified by the harmonization.ro operators about the possible delivery date.

Before ordering a product, check that it is in stock. Products that are not currently in stock cannot be delivered. The respective orders can be kept for a month, at the client’s request and are delivered when it returns to stock. If they cannot be honored within one month, these orders will be considered canceled without further notice. If the customer does not specify that these orders be kept, they will be considered null and void.

The customer will receive the invoice in printed format, together with the ordered product. The fiscal invoice will be sent, upon request, in electronic format (Law 571/2003) to the e-mail address provided, it will not be necessary to stamp and sign it.

Disclaimer

The products presented on the site are for example, and certain features may differ from the pictures (color, appearance,…). The harmonization.ro team tries to present you the products in as much detail and correctly as possible and to respect the accuracy of the information. However, harmonization.ro does not guarantee that the description of the products and services as well as the content of this website is free of errors, complete and current. harmonization.ro cannot assume responsibility that all products on display are available in stock. For this reason, the company reserves the right not to honor the order if the products are no longer available. If a product offered by our store does not correspond to the description or is sent incorrectly, the customer can request the return of the equivalent value, but no other additional compensation.

Return policy

The return on the harmonization.ro site can be made without invoking a reason within 30 calendar days.

According to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer protection in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing some normative acts, when you decide to return a product, it is essential to notify us in writing through a email sent to contact@harmonization.ro

In the case of products ordered from harmonization.ro, the return is accepted under the following conditions:

• the return must be made within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the package
• the products must not show signs of wear
• the labels attached to the product must not be missing, as well as its accompanying documents
• return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
• The return of the products is done only through the express courier companies, it is recommended to return the products in the original packaging.

If the product you want to return is damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded according to the condition of the product.

If the product you want to return has a manufacturing defect, harmonization.ro can change the part or the product, as the case may be, without additional costs for you or if you want to return this product we can take the product from your address by a courier company, and after receiving the product if it is found that the product really has a manufacturing defect we will return the value of the product and the shipping costs incurred, if these costs were borne by you when ordering the product.

The refund of the value of the product is made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return. The refund can be made only in a bank account provided by the client.

Guarantee of conformity

All products benefit, by law, from the conformity guarantee which represents the legal period of 2 years in which the consumer is brought to conformity free of charge. Conformity refers to the characteristics of the product and certifies its quality.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear due to the use of the product as specified. Voluntary or accidental breakage, breakage or scratching of product components is not covered by the warranty.

Within the term of guarantee of conformity, the manufacturer repairs, replaces or restores the value of the product, according to LG449 / 2003, Art.11, Paragraph 2. The established period of repair time may not exceed 15 calendar days from the date on which the buyer brought to the knowledge of the seller the lack of conformity of the product.

According to OG21 / 1992, the seller is obliged to provide the consumer: warranty certificate (only for durable products), instruction / use manual, invoice.

Disputes

harmonization.ro will do everything possible for all misunderstandings regarding any type of dispute between the parties to be resolved amicably by their representatives. If the settlement of disagreements is not possible amicably, the settlement of disputes will be the responsibility of the competent court in Romania.
